DELIVERY INFORMATION:
All ticket orders placed after Monday October 27, 2008, will
be held at WILL CALL. When checking out, please write down or
print your transaction number.
PURCHASING
TICKETS AT THE EVENT:
Last minute orders may be purchased at the event. If you are
planning to purchase on the date of the event, please bring
cash only.

You may order online from this webpage through our secure shopping
cart. We accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express. You may
order for yourself, or as a gift. If as a gift, please note
the details in the comment section of your order form.

During the week of October 27, 2008, our office receives more
than 2000 phone calls. Due to festival set up requirements our
staff will be limited. For best results order your tickets online
or try to reach us by phone. We can not return any phone messages
received after Friday October 31, 2008 until the following week.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY:
The Denver International Wine Festival is a Rain, Snow or Shine
event. No refunds are made for cancellations or “no shows”.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is required with all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or checks.
No cash refunds will be made for cancellations. The
Denver International Wine Festival is a "Rain or Shine"
event.
FESTIVAL RULES:

acting lewd or disorderly will be ejected from the festival,
with no refund and banned from attending future events.
