Denver International Wine Festival Rolls Into Westminster
The festival celebrates 16 years of premium wine and cuisine on November 11 to 13, 2020
DENVER, Colorado – October 9, 2019
The Denver International Wine Festival has been recognized by Food and Wine magazine as one of the “Best Wine Festivals Across America.” Now in its 14th year, the Denver International Wine Festival, hosted by Wine Country Network, Inc., attracts vintners from around the world, and showcases the largest selection of international and domestic wines at any Grand Tasting in the Rocky Mountain region.
The festival kicks off with The Grand Vintners Dinner on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, 7 to 9:30 pm, a multi-course, gourmet dinner featuring wine pairings from a premium wine estate (t/b/d). Past wine estates include; Silver Oak Vineyards, Banfi Vineyards, Loire Valley Wine Board, Kovacs Nimrod Winery.
The popular foodie favorite, Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Wine Pairing Competition, takes place on Thursday, November 12, 2020, from 5 to 9 pm in which up to ten wine-savvy Colorado chefs will create twenty gourmet dishes to pair with top winning wines from the 2020 Denver International Wine Competition. Foodie’s get to cast their votes for the coveted People’s Choice Chef, while pro judges vote for the “Most Creative” and “Best Chef.”

On Friday, November 13, 2020 the Grand Tasting of International Wines will take place — it’s one of the region’s largest wine-tasting events for consumers, media, and trade, with more than fifty wineries and distilleries pouring. Attendees enjoy delectable food and wine tastings, food products, travel destination exhibits and a silent auction benefiting There With Care TM.
Grand Tasting VIP ticket holders gain access to educational seminars and rare guided tastings. VIP ticket holders also enjoy two-hour early access and a VIP lounge with chef stations and premium beverages. This year’s venue is the outdoor pavilion at the Denver Marriott Hotel.
